They changed operated area without giving any notifications. They overcharged me several times because their system isn’t working well and they never answered. Awful service don’t use it! Save your nerves.

Attention! I didn’t use the bike but was charged 20 euros for nothing. No reaction from Support, submitted complaints 2 times.

The app stopped working for me after I changed a payment method. It’s been over a week since the customer support started working on this. Overall, this is the worst app/service I’ve ever had in my life.

• It's a webview within the app, not an actual native iOS app. Apps like that automatically get a 1-star from me, as this is completely unacceptable. • You have to fill a huge form in order just to register, which is also unacceptable.

Takes your credit card info but doesn’t let you register

Same issue as others have mentioned. Rented a bike which was working fine with multiple pauses over 6 hours. Paused again, bike locked, but when I came back, the app got stuck on the pause / stop screen and I could not unlock the bike. Specifically, instead of showing the “continue” button, the app was showing the pause / stop buttons, and would be unresponsive when I clicked either pause or stop. So I had to get home by other means, because I could not move the locked bike. There is no phone number to call for support. It is an ongoing issue because I also cannot stop the rental so it’s ongoing, and my bike had to be left in an area not designated as a station (which incurs extra fees). Hopefully DB will reply in time so I would not be charged a lot of extra fees for errors out of my control.

Setup my account with no problems, got charged the membership fee, then was completely unable to rent any bike. Only message was to try again with a different bike in a few minutes.

Dropped 24€ on this trying to make it work to no avail. Just keeps saying "not allowed to rent a bike". Account shows funds added but doesn't seem to allow them to be used. Beware!
