They changed operated area without giving any notifications. They overcharged me several times because their system isn’t working well and they never answered. Awful service don’t use it! Save your nerves.

Attention! I didn’t use the bike but was charged 20 euros for nothing. No reaction from Support, submitted complaints 2 times.

The app stopped working for me after I changed a payment method. It’s been over a week since the customer support started working on this. Overall, this is the worst app/service I’ve ever had in my life.

• It's a webview within the app, not an actual native iOS app. Apps like that automatically get a 1-star from me, as this is completely unacceptable. • You have to fill a huge form in order just to register, which is also unacceptable.

I tried to register three times, and three times failed! And when I did it again, it send “that email/that phone has been registered before, change it” If it registered before why I cannot log in? Now I understand why so many bikes sitting idle— because nobody can rent it!

I rented a bike for two days is a row. During the day bike failed to unlock and disappeared from the map entirely. I was forced to rent another one for additional price. Support didn’t respond on calls, sms, emails. When I asked for help, they stared to threaten with the sue me, didn’t even try to look into the records, listen and respond sending back stupid auto-replies and requests to provide additional info even though I many times provided it in detail. Terrible service. Then they issues the invoice with double price and additional money for communication with me in emails! Wouldn’t recommend it to use. They failed at every step of the service.

Ich habe bei einer Aktion Gutscheine für Call a Bike gewonnen und wollte den Service testen. Trotz ausreichendem Guthaben wurden mir 10€ abgebucht, weil das Guthaben angeblich nicht für die Abstellgebühr einlösbar war. Der Kundenservice war absolut unkooperativ und mein restliches Guthaben verfällt. Diese Erfahrung war eine Katastrophe! Finger weg von Call a Bike – dieser Service ist unzuverlässig und intransparent!

Keine intuitive Bedienbarbeit. Rückgabestation nicht eindeutig. Werde jedem von der Nutzung abraten.
