They changed operated area without giving any notifications. They overcharged me several times because their system isn’t working well and they never answered. Awful service don’t use it! Save your nerves.

Attention! I didn’t use the bike but was charged 20 euros for nothing. No reaction from Support, submitted complaints 2 times.

The app stopped working for me after I changed a payment method. It’s been over a week since the customer support started working on this. Overall, this is the worst app/service I’ve ever had in my life.

• It's a webview within the app, not an actual native iOS app. Apps like that automatically get a 1-star from me, as this is completely unacceptable. • You have to fill a huge form in order just to register, which is also unacceptable.

Nach nicht mal 48 h hatte ich mit call a bike nur Probleme am Hals. Für die angeblichen maximalen Tagessatz von 9€ gelten spezielle Bedingungen, die auf Anhieb nicht ersichtlich sind. Es kann so schnell und einfach passieren, dass man innerhalb von 24h auf einen weit höheren Betrag kommt. Nach der ersten Fahrt liess sich die Fahrt nicht mehr beenden. Der Kundenservice ist viel zu kompliziert und das Telefonat hat ewig gedauert. Für Fragen zum Vertrag ist er überhaupt nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Angeblich kann man mit jeder Fahrt bahnbonuspunkte sammeln. Wie das genau funktioniert wird nirgendwo erläutert. Von einem Partner der DB hätte ich mehr erwartet. Für mich kommt der Service leider erstmal nicht mehr in Frage, aber ich würde mir wünschen dass sich das Unternehmen in Zukunft besser aufstellt, da ich es prinzipiell eine gute Sache finde.

Unmoglich meine Konto zu bestatigen.

Der Preis ist für einen Tag mit 9 Euro angegeben. Aber die Applikationen funktioniert nicht, das heißt nach jeder Pause wurde neu berechnet, schlussendlich musste ich 28 Euro zahlen. Und Reklamation wird nicht geantwortet. Das programmieren scheint nach wie vor nicht beherrscht!!!
