They take my money by subscription and cancelling all credits in the end. Also if you are not even spent then. Zero loyalty

Two people cannot use the same card. This is nonsense. I can't invite my boyfriend to use classpass because we have 1 card for two. The service is not interested in new customers and in making money, it's strange. We are ready to pay for two accounts, but classpass doesn’t provide such an opportunity, unfortunately. So they lose 2 clients instead of having them.

Cancellation policy is terrible. Choose another one, us urban app

You take charges for missed classes!! Up to 25 euro!! Are you ok? Never will use you app again.

1) you get very limited credits and one class could be 8-10 credits. So minimal option of 25 credits/35€ is worth 3 classes only (I go to yoga for example) 2) you can book one studio once a month with same name (so if the studio has 4 locations you still can only go to one) 3) limited choice: so one place one class per month. For example I have only 2 yoga studios within 4 km, so no yoga for me because I couldn’t book them any more and other locations were 20 mins away cycling and not offering type of yours I like 4) i couldn’t use my free trial as I have booked all classes for the last week of the trial. As they charge next month soon I decided to cancel the membership. The app said to make sure that all classes booked before I cancel otherwise credits will not be available any more. I did. But it cancelled automatically all my booked classes Overall bad experience

I subscribed for a free trial that is said to be 14 days and unsubscribed before the trial end, as I usually forgot my subscriptions and being charged for products that I don’t want to use. After that my trial disappeared, though it should last for 14 days for free - so I guess that is not fair enough, as the reality doesn’t match the advertising on the app. Also I tried to delete my account after as I don’t want my data to be stored by the company, but this option is not available in the app and moreover I can not contact the company through the contact form, as this request ‘delete account’ is also not listed in the form. Please delete my account!

Very good app, much more convenient than GymLib, for example. The only problem, is that there is almost nothing cool with short notice. You really need to plan in advance, and the quantity of studios, there are still not that many. I live in the first, and I always need to take a metro to go somewhere, even though I’m super centered.

When i went to sign up for a membership as i didn't renew directly after my trial ended, it prompted me to get extra credits for $10. As i was only planning on using 1 gym and i could book it with trial credits i decided to go for it. Only to find out that the same gym that accepted the trial credits wouldn't allow me to book unless i upgraded to a membership. Without any option i decided to do it, then to loose the credits i paid for. Pretty bad ux and feels like a scam when these things happen. Wont be renewing my membership.
