Je regrette de constater qu’à plusieurs reprises, lorsque je mets un raccourci permettant de déterminer l’état de plusieurs caméras en même temps (enregistrement, sirène,…) , celui-ci n’est pas gardé en mémoire. À plusieurs reprises le mode notifications se désactive de lui-même sur certaines caméras !!) et ne veut pas se maintenir allumé malgré plusieurs changements manuels.
Par ailleurs plusieurs caméras changent d’ordre et prennent la place l’une de l’autre, nécessité de relancer l’appli plusieurs fois pour que ma doorbell ne soit pas en réalité la caméra du jardin ou l’inverse…
mode paysage sur ipad
j’utilise un ipad avec un clavier mais malheureusement l’app reolink n’est pas compatible en mode paysage 😡

Est-il envisagé de pouvoir afficher les deux vues de ma trackmix dans l’application en même temps.
Old and bad UX
Browsing in the video clips is so difficult and bad designed. You can’t choose the clips by a snapshot. (You have to scroll on a useless ribon) The camera give’s a signal of movement but can be anything. Would be beter to show the type of movement (car, person, animal, other, … also the duration of the mouvement would be useful.
Caméra hardware are superb but reolink app need update..
hardware are superb but reolink app need update.. especially in precise seeking in the timeline. Too hard to find precisely what happened and when, you need to on into a clip then seek inside this clip which is not convient

Goed, maar Homekitondersteuning ontbreekt
We zijn zeker tevreden van de camera’s in de applicatie van Reolink zelf, maar soms zijn de meldingen niet volledig accuraat. Bij andere camera’s (eufy) hebben we gemerkt dat de intelligentie van HomeKit hierbij wel helpt. Reolink ondersteunt voorlopig HomeKit nog niet, wat wel teleurstellend is. Hierdoor is het onmogelijk om Geolocatie te gebruiken en moet je dus beroepen op een tijdschema voor pushmeldingen. Graag deze twee zaken toevoegen en jullie applicatie / producten zijn subliem!
