Audio Problem
Ich betreibe 35 Kameras verschiedener Typen von Reolink doch die neusten 10 Kameras FE-W kann in den Einstellungen-Audio-Ton aufnehmen der Reiter deaktiviert werden aber die Kamera überträgt den Ton trotzdem. Also Tonaufnahme und Übertragung kann nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Wie kann diesem Problem Abhilfe geschaffen werden ????????
Total KO
Total KO seit heute, den 03.02.24. Verlangt plötzlich eine Bestätigung der AGB‘s, dessen OK-Button gar nicht angeklickt werden kann. Man kommt nicht mehr in die Apo rein. 3 Alarmanlagen total nicht mehr verwendbar. Totalverlust und vor allem vollem Risiko ausgesetzt. Eine Zumutung sowas.
All connections fail
Worked decently until today. After opening the app I had to agree to some TOS, which leads me to believe the app was updated recently. Now I can‘t connect to any of my cameras. WTF?!

Please make the app working better
As I have a lot of cameras on my Reolink App I need a working app. With the latest updates the App got more and more worse: connection problems all the time and sometimes the App does not react anymore… (using iOS)

Ich ersetze step-by-step meine Kameras mit Reolink. Es macht einfach spass mit der App und es funktioniert immer tadellos. Ich kann Reolink sehr weiter empfehlen.
Wildly variable. Bizarrely so.
Drops connection from two mobile phones while two other mobile phones in the household connect normally. No app I’ve ever had for security cams has ever done this. iPad connects to all six cams, 2 mobile phones don’t connect to some and do connect to others.
