Reolink

The app will not connect with Rakuten mobile. I’ve had success connecting maybe 4 out of 50 attempts. It mostly works fine on Wifi. I was able to connect to my computer from my phone using Remote Desktop and then opening the Reolink windows application and the video stream worked fine indicating the issue with Rakuten Mobile does not have anything to do with the connection speed. The app is also extremely inconsistent in showing if the camera is charging or properly connected to a solar panel. With issues fixed the app would be pretty great.

wonderfull product but, same as other review, didnt support Rakuten mobile career in Japan. Please kindly improve and update thanks.

サポートが日本ではないためスムーズにいきません。 何度再起動やリセットをしてもプッシュ通知、メール設定ができないです。リトライしても出来ないものはできない！！ 画質は綺麗だし映したいところはちゃんと映るのに残念です。

Like everyone says, this does not work on rakuten mobile!!!! Have to change my carrier for this app ffs.

楽天モバイル契約者は使用できない。

Since I have changed my mobile career to Rakuten mobile, I cannot access to my camera without WIFI. I don’t know other career such as Ymobile and so on but even you wanna check the camera you cannot have access except under wifi environment. Please fix immediately otherwise it cannot be uses fully.
