Reolink

Every update seems to coincide with something not working, despite the update to enhance performance. Latest update is telling me that all my batteries are permanently low - even those that are plugged into the mains! But then when you click onto them the battery is full! Please, please sort it out it is not a very good experience.

Using Reolink cameras about 5 years ago. All the time problems is with connection. No matter yo content them or using app. More often understand just wasting money. So many folt. At moment not sure it’s foult coming because cameras issue or app.

After a year, app stopped working

After the last two updates your app stopped working. It is just showing the message that this service is not available in your area

After upgrading my iPad to iOS18.1, the Reolink app stopped working. My iPhone had not been updated and the Reolink app still worked on my iPhone. However, after updating my iPhone to iOS18.1, guess what, yep the Reolink app stopped working.

1) Please provide the option to set different notification sounds and colours for different events. Motion/ Person Detected/ Doorbell all triggering the exact same sounds and push notifications is really confusing. 2) Please show images alongside the push notifications. Currently, on tapping the notification, it often takes a long time to load, and the event has passed by the time it does. Going back to try and find out who or what triggered it is then really fiddly. We generally really like Reolink, but it feels as though we’ve been waiting years for these pretty commonplace features.

Hasn’t worked since the latest update

Fed-up with trying to get Swann View apps to work with my system so tried this app - what a difference works seamlessly for me and more functionality than Swann view apps, great job 👍

Please make this app landscape compatible

do not purchasea reolink camera or nvr they do not work accuracy is poor loads of faulse alarms poor video quailty auto travking does not work zone detction does notvwork texh support is useles and non existant they do not know there own product they do not fix issue so be warned STAY AWAY from Reolink ??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
