So we can do are normal things on ipad and look at cam same time.

nice app that needs a lot of improvements. 1. in my case when i am trying to add the username/password from a password manager and i press somewhere outside that window and the password manager hides the app is not responsive. 2. i am using a lot of my 4G connection to track my camera but it keeps asking me if i want to use my mobile data. Can you at least change it to something like a notification or add a switch that says always use mobile data, stop asking me. 3. can you implement a way to group my cameras and be able to share the group instead of each one of it.

I have three of them for ever a year, they’ve been through rain, sunlight and low internet speed. But still working awesomely. Never disappointed me! So lucky to also use it to monitor my dogs. They work perfectly!

Top cameras! Top software!! These guys are top class! Have no doubts and just buy all your camera needs.

The app used to have pan and tilt controls, but they are gone. This makes the camera a lot less useful and basically takes away functionality that was paid for when purchasing a pan/tilt camera instead of a fixed camera.

When you change the wifi you have to take it off then setting up it as when you buy it. Please program to let customers able to change the wifi online without taking it off.

I have deleted the application from the iPhone and the application still shows that it’s on the iPhone when it is not, I cannot re-link to the camera

Your APP is making the security equipment i bought, useless. I have multiple cameras from you and on the app. It gets confused and shows one camera multiple times for the other cameras and doesn’t show what the other cameras see. However, this has been going on for a couple years and Reolink has yet to fix it.

The latest version of the app runs in the background and is the top battery consumer at 37% usage for the last 24 hours.

The app is not working with Reolink Go Cellular cameras with IOS 18.2. The camera works just fine on the MACOS version 15.1.1 Sequoia. I’ve tried re adding the cameras after a full reset on 2 different cellular networks. Please fix
