Latest version issues
The latest “upgrade” resets to 0 after pausing and turning off bike, eg going for a coffee halfway through your ride. When recommencing ride it starts at 0km and all ride data is lost.

Record your rides in detail and share it with your friends. You can choose to synchronize all rides with Strava or manually upload to social media.

Web Access!!!
Why would you have an app for recording bike rides that requires internet service just to get into it?? First page is log on 🤷♂️ Recording MTB trails is not possible as you have no service out in the bush. App is a waste of time.
VERY Inaccurate data
The usability is great, but the accuracy to the bike is so off. Average speeds, distance travelled are all significantly off from actual data. I did a 20km ride for example and the bike, connected the entire time, only registered 5.2km.
Will not track my ride
Reinstalled several times - slow to show history. And refuses to record any new rides. With full gps access - is there a better app???? The most useless app I’ve ever used!!!!
Bugs!
You can't start a ride logging session unless you are disconnected from the bike. Never used to do this
Totally Broken
Unable to login, doesn’t send 2fa email code, doesn’t recognise account. Completely useless!

Constantly updating garbage. 3 years of great bikes and an app that keeps getting worse. The app forms part of the bike experience so my experience tells me to spend a bit more on a better brand for my next bike.
Endless attempt to login
I click on login and then the progress curser just spins around and around and the app does not login???? no link to click support if app does not login???? Deleted app and reinstalled it with the same result.
Total junk
Can’t get into the bike unless you have mobile signal, total bulldust. Can’t check battery levels if you are remote….
