The Giant RideControl app opens up the world of connectivity for your Giant E-Bike. The app allows you to connect your phone with your E-Bike, giving you the ability to keep your E-Bike up to date, to customize your motor setting and use your E-Bike display for navigation.

You can choose for more power and aggressive performance for a quick blast. Or turn it down a notch to make it more efficient for your long and epic adventures.
Navigation
Use the RideControl app for turn-by-turn navigation specifically designed for the bike. If your E-Bike is equipped with a compatible RideControl EVO display you can synchronize turn by turn navigation to your display, so there is no need to keep your phone at hand.
Record your Rides
Record your rides in detail and share it with your friends. You can choose to synchronize all rides with Strava or manually upload to social media.

Compldtely useledd
What in hell are you doing, new updated app is complete useless. It seems that the app is living it’s own life.
I used fb login, but noe im locked out
I used fb as login method, but now I'm locked out because Facebook login stopped working. Also, when it workes mandatory firmware updates when I want to just ride my bike is wery annoying. I have to just not connect my bike, not log my trip or bike the first 5-15 min without any motor assistance while update runs and first then log the trip 15min to late loosing the first part of the trip. Firmware updates should be skippable, with a choice to ask later.

Crashes
Trying to upgrade my bikes firmware, but the app just crashes when I try to. Can’t find any support at Giant for this…?
Crash
Current version seems to have changed demands for login. Cannot remember to have needed an online user last time I used it (ultimo June 2022). Cannot say anything about the app because IT CRASHES ON STARTUP.

Hi, Just bought a couple of nice bikes, but the app certainly does not belong to the same category - it simply does not start on my iPhone (iPhone 11 Pro updated to latest iOS version (15.5)). Please fix or withdraw the app (“no show is better than half show”)…
