Keeps reverting to km when I want miles. Lost part of a route on my partner’s app. Really disappointing. For such expensive bikes, the app is not of the same quality.

Tried over and over again but didn’t receive the verification code.

App says it has to be updated and once accepted app does not work and all attempts to contact support have failed

Utterly ridiculous that you can’t use the app to check bike status if there’s an update to do. Asks you now or later and if you choose later it just disconnects from the bike. If I choose later why can’t it just stay connected and let me see bike stats?

I would probably avoid this app if I was you. It completely messes up your bike. If you do use this app then turn your phone onto flight mode before you use it so you don’t have issues.

Like a lot of people the new app isnt working. I have to re register my details but it never sends the confirmation text message, my bike is now stuck in kms but I work off miles so it’s meaningless, please fix it asap

After spending £3000 plus on the bike I cannot log into the app because it will not send a verification code.

It always had problems not recording a complete ride but the new version update managed to lose my history as well. Having spoken to Giant in the past all I received in response was a shrug!

Tried using the Giant app today to check to see if there are any updates for our two Fathom e-bikes, not having used it for about 18 months. The app didn’t recognise my credentials so I tried to register again but it insisted on checking my phone number by sending a text. Tried several times but no text received. Hopeless! You make great bikes Giant and I’ve always had great respect for the quality of your engineering but it’s “amateur night” when it comes to your software.

Asks me to sign up as it doesn’t recognise my login, then doesn’t send an activation code to my email or phone number. Worked fine before. Terrible, other manufacturers can make a useable app, this doesn’t even let you sign in.
