The Giant RideControl app opens up the world of connectivity for your Giant E-Bike. The app allows you to connect your phone with your E-Bike, giving you the ability to keep your E-Bike up to date, to customize your motor setting and use your E-Bike display for navigation.

The Giant RideControl app lets you customize the motor settings the get the most out of your rides. Match the motor settings to your riding style. You can choose for more power and aggressive performance for a quick blast. Or turn it down a notch to make it more efficient for your long and epic adventures.
Navigation
Use the RideControl app for turn-by-turn navigation specifically designed for the bike. If your E-Bike is equipped with a compatible RideControl EVO display you can synchronize turn by turn navigation to your display, so there is no need to keep your phone at hand.
Record your Rides
Record your rides in detail and share it with your friends. You can choose to synchronize all rides with Strava or manually upload to social media.

Leider Akkufresser App
An sich ist die Giant App sehr intuitiv, allerdings ist mein iPhone 15 pro Akku von 100% innerhalb von 4h fahrt komplett leer gewesen. Aktiv war lediglich die App. Wäre schön, wenn man dies nochmal optimieren könnte.
Gute App
Die App ist ganz okay. Ich vermisse die Anzeige in welchen Fahrmodus ich mich befinde. Dies geht leider nur wenn ich eine Route aufzeichne.
Since Update error A6
The Motor is blocked and doesn’t support anymore. The Giant dealer is not able to delete the error because a6 is a Tuning error. By the way, I didn’t tune my bike .
Im Moment werden keine Daten übertragen!
Seit ein paar Tagen wird in der App zwar die Akku Kapazität angezeigt, allerdings keine Daten zur Fahrtstrecke. In dem Moment wo man die App runter zieht um alle Daten zu sehen, bleibt der Bildschirm blau. Gibt es bald ein Update?

In the mountains there’s often no network connection. Therefore it’s not possible to check the battery.
seit dem Update auf 1.26.1 völlig nutzlos
die App zeigt gar keine Werte mehr. Man kann lediglich die Systemwerte auslesen. Ich werde mich beim geplanten Neukauf besser bei anderen Herstellern umsehen. Wieso wird so ein Schrott veröffentlicht. Wo bekomme ich ein Downgrade her?
Nach Update keine Aufzeichnung
Seit dem Update funktioniert die Aufzeichnung der Fahrdaten nicht mehr. App bitte möglichst bald überarbeiten.

Es funktioniert nichts mehr keine Fahrdaten. Fahrrad ist verbunden man sieht den Akku Stand aber wenn man die Fahrt startet werden keine Daten angezeigt 😡😡
Funktioniert nicht
Null Sterne gibt es ja nicht. Habe die alte App normal genutzt. Der würde ich 3 Punkte geben. Jetzt neue Version. Nichts geht mehr. Anmelden nicht möglich. Kann mein Bike nicht mehr bedienen… Bräuchte Hilfe
