You don’t get what you paid for.

This app is really terrible!!!! First, it is impossible to check in with it online. Only in the airport. Another issues, when you try to book a flight you cannot see full amount you need to pay before you fill in all data about all passenger. And then after you spend huge amount of time filling all data this amount converts magically to xxx times more. And every time you change some dates you need to fill in all details about passengers. Rediculous and annoying app 🤮🤮🤮

I urgently need to use the app to check in via 4G with very limited traffic. I open the app and see that I must update the app unless I cannot use it. Okay. I open app store and see that you fixed soooo tiny bags that I cannot even notice. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Payments in app don’t work. App shows a bunch of mistakes and then 3 times wrongly displays F2A screen - so bank block my card because of 3 wrong attempts to enter code from SMS! I can tolerate errors in search, but errors in the booking funnel are inadmissible!

You could’ve prompted user to relogin as soon as their previous session expired before checking new trips - It can be a little distracting if you have to relogin during the check out process, while sometimes you need to restart the booking again.

I booked the ticket with total fare SGD312 but you charged me SGD336

Generally works fine apart from when checking in. I spent 15mins adding details for the passport expiry field to not allow number input meaning I had to move to desktop to check in. Buggy input fields
