You don’t get what you paid for.

This app is really terrible!!!! First, it is impossible to check in with it online. Only in the airport. Another issues, when you try to book a flight you cannot see full amount you need to pay before you fill in all data about all passenger. And then after you spend huge amount of time filling all data this amount converts magically to xxx times more. And every time you change some dates you need to fill in all details about passengers. Rediculous and annoying app 🤮🤮🤮

I urgently need to use the app to check in via 4G with very limited traffic. I open the app and see that I must update the app unless I cannot use it. Okay. I open app store and see that you fixed soooo tiny bags that I cannot even notice. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Payments in app don’t work. App shows a bunch of mistakes and then 3 times wrongly displays F2A screen - so bank block my card because of 3 wrong attempts to enter code from SMS! I can tolerate errors in search, but errors in the booking funnel are inadmissible!

Impossible to login with email. It says - “membership number or email” but only membership typed is a accepted so I always have to open email to copy my membership number. Such a waste of my time! What kind of business class client would waste so much time on booking flights with this bug?! Even their assistance, I bet can’t handle this bug.

it’s literally needed for adding checkin online and reserving eboarding pass, besides that also should be linked to apple wallet.
