Timeshifter

Приложение хорошее, пользовалась, когда летала на Камчатку, помогло справиться с большй разницей во времени. Но оно было бесплатное! Сейчас снова зашла - уже за деньги. Либо подписка, либо 900р за один план перелета. Ничёси. Не, я понимаю, что там рекламы нет, разработчикам надо деньги за свой труд зарабатывать, но блин…900р за один план это как-то ту мач, тем более он подбирается автоматически :(

I traveled from the east coast of the US to Japan with 9 friends. The time difference between the two locations is 12 hours. I followed the Timeshifter plan with about 85% compliance, and I was the only person in our group with no ill effects from jet lag. I was dumbfounded at how well the app guidelines worked. I have recommended this app to numerous friends—it worked beautifully for me, and I have already added my flights to England for my next trip. I do not intend to travel without it. Thank you for creating this fantastic tool!

This app made the 12 hour time difference completely doable. We followed about 95% of the directions (missed some of the naps) and arrived ready to hit the streets exploring. Not a day wasted trying to recover from jet lag. I could not recommend this app more. We signed up for the annual because we have several trips planned for 2025 and will use it for them all. A trip to Japan who is 14 hours ahead will be a snap with help from this app. I tell everyone who travels about Timeshifter.

I’ve now used it for Lisbon, Japan and Tanzania. I still cannot believe how well it works. I follow it as much as I can. Sometimes I can’t sleep/nap when it wants me too. And I won’t wear sunglasses inside an airport. But I do use caffeine, melatonin and bright lights, etc. I used to have terrible multi day jet lag. Now I can’t even consider myself someone who experiences jet leg. Like at all. It’s pretty magical.

Timeshifter is the single most impactful travel tool I have ever discovered! In the past I have always assumed the first day of a trip to be a wash and planned my return a day early to readjust and be rested for work. With Timeshifter it feels like we gain two extra days of vacation for the cost of a few cups of coffee! For our most recent trip to Europe we arrived in Paris early morning and spent the day wandering the city without any signs of jet lag. On my return I arrived late and followed TimeShifter’s advice to stay up till 1am. I then slept like a baby till my alarm at 7am and woke up well rested and able to dive back into work without feeling jet lagged !

Great app

I used this app when I flew to Spain for the first time and it worked soooo well. I felt like I had almost no JetLag. This will be a staple for me now anytime I travel outside of the US

I use this app on recommendation from a friend on a recent trip from Dallas, Texas to Seoul Korea. I followed in almost exactly and was refreshed and didn’t feel any effects of normal Jetlag. I highly recommend.

I’ve used Timeshifter twice on 10 hour flights to Europe and it has really helped with jet lag. I’ve been able to enjoy my time on my trip without being overly tired and having my sleep messed up. It is worth it to use— trust the science!

Nice when it works but most times doesn’t work. It doesn’t have flights in the system. Meaning won’t even let you use it. And I travel 11 months a year, undoubtedly they could have a working app but decided to not…
