Приложение хорошее, пользовалась, когда летала на Камчатку, помогло справиться с большй разницей во времени. Но оно было бесплатное! Сейчас снова зашла - уже за деньги. Либо подписка, либо 900р за один план перелета. Ничёси. Не, я понимаю, что там рекламы нет, разработчикам надо деньги за свой труд зарабатывать, но блин…900р за один план это как-то ту мач, тем более он подбирается автоматически :(

I flew from Amsterdam to Ho Chi Minh City. I used the app beforehand and I didn’t feel the jet lag at all, crazy!
Jetlag no more!
I used to suffer badly from jetlag, but following Timeshifter's advice during my last two big trips (involving 9h time-difference), they felt like a piece of cake!
It works!
I used this for a Paris-Singapour trip (6 hour time difference). I followed it closely and had zero jet lag symptoms upon arriving in Singapore. Coming back to France I only felt about a 2 hour jet lag, and quickly absorbed that after one day. This app really helps you progressively get into the time zone you are going to - before you go.

Au top pour la gestion des jetlags. Meilleure optimisation, mais difficile à suivre si on ne maîtrise pas suffisamment son environnement.
Suggestions : pouvoir modifier en temps réel le temps de sommeil effectué ex-post, le temps exposé au soleil ex-post, etc., pour ré-adapter les futurs événements à ce qui a été fait.
