Приложение хорошее, пользовалась, когда летала на Камчатку, помогло справиться с большй разницей во времени. Но оно было бесплатное! Сейчас снова зашла - уже за деньги. Либо подписка, либо 900р за один план перелета. Ничёси. Не, я понимаю, что там рекламы нет, разработчикам надо деньги за свой труд зарабатывать, но блин…900р за один план это как-то ту мач, тем более он подбирается автоматически :(
This works!
I tried this fully expecting it NOT to work. Usually I am very bad with jetlag and honestly I had very low expectations. But this time I used the app: hardly noticed anything of a jetlag. Truly. Holymoly!
Perfect
I love Timeshifter. I am currently using it for a week long trip to China. The set up of the app is very clear and the directions on how to work with daylight, caffeine and sleep are fun and easy to follow. I am not experiencing any jetlag and feel energised and rested .
I will definitely use this again on my next trip.

Very impressed!
Recently tried it for the first time when traveling from Amsterdam to New York, 6hr time difference. I was very worried about my sleep because I'd been working on my sleeping pattern for a few months and finally got it to a good point...
My sleeping habits were pretty much immediately at the exact place where they were back home. Even my tendency to be asleep by 2AM when I aimed for 1AM stayed the same. Really happy I had this guidance to transition!
Amazing
First time arriving in Australia from Europe with no jetlag at all. Followed most of the steps. Wasn’t able to go to bed early enough the days before and wasn’t always able to fall asleep when suggested but it still worked. Awesome help to fully enjoy the holiday without that hazy feeling the first days.
Really helped
My jet lag was significantly less than it was before I used the app. I felt I still had energy left and wasn’t really tired when I arrived (traveled from Europe to the US, 7 timezones). When I returned home I had almost no problems with sleeping/waking up while usually I have problems with that.
Really liked that I could try out the app for free. Will definitely use the app for my flight to LA next month.
The one remark I have concerns the melatonin use: sometimes the app says to use it one hour before going to sleep and sometimes when going to sleep. This was slightly confusing.

I travel a lot, and have turned time zone management into a bit of a nerd art. Tried this app with low expectations, but result after my first 9-time zone trip have een very impressive. Highly recommended!

After a horrendous jet lag when travelling to the US (especially flying Eastwards), I was scared of the trip to Japan... Luckily I found Timeshifter! Stuck to their plan (say 90%) - and couldn’t believe I was on Tokyo time within ONE DAY!! You can even ask them questions they’ll answer within a few minutes, e.g. if your schedule doesn’t allow you to follow the plan 100%. This is without a doubt the app of the year for me!! Can only highly recommend it to anyone travelling long distances.
