I’m not checking bags. I have no desire to purchase snacks on the flight and yet I was just required to put a credit card on file ‘just in case’ to be allowed to check in. I’m super annoyed.

was in the middle of travel without internet access and it forces an update and wouldn't let me pull up my boarding passes. Luckily i had screenshots backup but if i didn't i wouldn't have gotten to my flight.

Not user friendly- too many screens, already paid for seat assignments and now we have to pay again…BS

United service has been outstanding

United makes from purchasing to checking in a efficient and speedy service.

I booked a round trip flight from Dulles (was) to Seattle (Seatac) from Oct 15 to Oct 21, 2024. After being away for abouta day I had a medical emergency and called United. For no additional charge, the chat agent booked me on a flight leaving the morning of the 17th. There were no additional charges. It was painless. I was relieved that I could actually get home 4 days before I had planned to. An EXCELLENT job. I'll fly their friendly skies again.
