Terrible, fix your errors
Errors out with no explanation — dark patterns to push saved credit card. Terrible app reflects what must be a terrible company culture.
Check in using the App!!! Online is painful
I spent an hour trying to check in and pay for a bag- changed browsers and still no luck- less than 5 minutes using the App- wow!!

Keeps asking me to pay when I am a United Club member.
Great features, very unstable
I really like the features and design of the app. Unfortunately it’s really unstable, particularly while traveling. It gets stuck frequently. The only way I can get get it unstuck is to restart my phone. Even then I have to delete the app and reinstall it after every trip. Super frustrating.

Great communication with United from purchase to departure. Daily reminders of what to expect and do to travel with ease.
It forces you to add credit card
I don’t want to have credit card on file but it won’t let me check in unless i add it
