I recently had a three- leg flight, each operated by different One World Alliance partners. The United leg was blown up due to their own j competence, but it was impossible to rebook or even chat with United via the app. There is no “help” option easily utilized on the app where you. An actually talk all to a human, and even when u tu ou reach one, they are incapable of fixing problems of their own creation.

There is absolutly no Option working to have a Ticket offline. Ot's propose in the app but all options are not working.

Very bad user experience. Impossible to add flights and get access to boarding pass

Great app not only offering the usual things like managing bookings, check-ins, flight status updates but also has a great interactive map guiding you from gate to gate across terminals. Saved me when having a short connection in Chicago and had to find my way from Terminal 2 to the Terminal 1 International area.

I have got Both documents- vaccination and PCR test weithin 72hrs like demanded from the German authorities - BOTH wäre declined. The Work from the Agent was not Dome properly
