International Traveller
The system will not permit a non-USA address for a bag payment. That is ridiculous.

The United App has very good functionality, but will only accept in-app payments if you have a US Resident address….which excludes the ability for any international passenger to purchase any upgrades or other services. This is not smart.
Non US address
Unable to check in luggage as app would not allow use of Apple Pay for non USA individuals and did not allow payment by card as would not allow a non US billing address. Forced to say no luggage to complete check in process. Will need to manually do now

Deceptive economy plus title
When I tried to check in online, I was offered the option to upgrade to an economy plus seat which I paid for only to enter the plane and find out that there was only first and economy class. No economy plus, this is fraudulent and deceptive coming from an airline.
Terrible
Just the worst app. Slow, glitchy, impossible to navigate
Your app is not good
The app is repeatedly asking for information you already have! I’m a frequent flyer (millions of united miles). Do you know me? Or should I find an airline that will remember me ?
