Совсем нерабочая
Worst check in I ever had in my life
It took 55 minutes to check in and I could not manage to have a seat next to my husband. Why aren’t we put next to each automatically???? I had to switch from United to Lufthansa to choose seats for the connecting flight which broke the process down, so I had to restart from zero with United again. Moreover, I could not choose my country from the list of countries when I inserted card data. Hungary does not exist! Shame on you!

Mayor Pete would have made sure the flying public has more rights
Easy to use
Use the app to pre board, Posts, Choose your seat, pay for upgrades snd learn seating , Meal options and on board amenities. Save your digital ticket here and go paperless.
Online check in issues
When checking in online, I can't find the button "No Check Bags"
Luggage prices
Your luggage prices are way too expensive.
Hard to find things
There is so much stuff in this app that it’s hard to find the check in. Then I tried to pay for the bag not realizing I had click that my husband wasn’t checking one. Not easy to use
Charge for carry on ?
