Well this app is a scam
I literally just downloaded it, went through the whole process of the questions and at the end bought the monthly subscription. As soon as I tried to see any workout or for that matter went into the app it said “no internet connection” which is impossible because I’m currently at home connected to my wifi. I restarted the app and it sent me again to the whole questions process as if it’s the first time I’m using it and then it again promoted me to buy a subscription. I clicked on restore purchases which seems to work but when I got into the app all the info that i answered twice wasn’t even there and again it won’t load any workout or anything even after I entered all the info for the 3rd time this time manually through the options .
Legit a scam.

But it turned out well, I am already using the app and it is very excellent and has very good exercises.
Continue to use the app as my private VIP coach.

I personally expected a lot more then an app that charges you monthly.. There is nothing there but regular workouts without much thought.

Equipment needed
Even if you say that you will workout from home and not at the gym, you will need weights, bats and benches in order to follow the training!! It should be written before purchasing the app!!
They want money before giving some trial..

Заплатил 70$,указывал тренировки дома.В финале получил половину тренировок для спортивного зал.Видио безумно зависают ,а видио идет.Я не могу понять что за упражнение.
Также я заплатил 30$ для личной ежедневной диете.
Все написано на английском, хотя функционал на русском. Мне на завтрак предложили котедж(творог),голубику и концентрат ванили.Каждый день новая и странная еда.Я среднестатистический человек и не в силах оплатить все сто мне предлагают.Я максимально недоволен!100доларов в пустую.
