Not a bad app
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and find it very useful for keeping me on track during my workout. I use it every time I work out and the timer between sets and exercise videos do a decent job. There are multiple routines varying in difficulty for each body part as well as full body workouts if you haven’t got access to a gym (I don’t use the meal plan as have MyFitness app). If you use this app properly and stick to a decent schedule and know a bit about what you are doing (I’ve been training for years) it’s a good guide and accountability tool. Negatives are that some of the workout reps are inconsistent with the exercise level and some of the exercises are out of sync. I get the impression this has been put together by someone who doesn’t train and it hasn’t been checked thoroughly by a qualified PT, which is pretty inexcusable for a paid exercise app. However, if you are like me and know what you are doing in the gym and want to not have to think about your routine in advance, and then track the rest between sets, this does the job.
