Thought this would be a good app .. I was wrong! Tried ‘Workout 1’ .. besides two sets of push-ups the next was lunges. Set 1 .. left leg … Set 2 left leg. Same video used in second as in first set. There are better apps out there. Poor effort by the developers.
- the product you get is not even near similar to what is advertised - many hidden costs - the trial is poor and you led to believe that signing up ensures more to access and better workouts - that does not happen - if you can do a squat, a 20 second plank and a 5 push ups you definitely do not need this app. Avoid.
App dosnt load when does crash’s
App says it’s free but as soon as you set up your plan , it wants you to pay in order to use the app. AH.
Useless for the money I paid for 6 month. Apps only provide a range of exercises without any other extra programs. Won’t be back after end the membership. Thump down 👇👎🏻
I went through the options and while doing so selected the home workout option. Once finished I purchased the 12 week program which come through with gym based workouts. I went into the settings to make contact and noticed a stop sharing data button so naturally clicked that and it kicked me out of the app. I have to go back through the process and pay the money again to get the workout program back. Looking to get a refund.
Downloaded and paid for 3 months subscription. Didn’t include any meal plans and the weights plans are no more specific than you would get from many free apps out there. Emailed support to ask if this was normal but no one responded. Save your money and download better free apps
After they collect your information they ask for weekly plan subscribe!
It’s spam, takes your money straight away, no free trial as claimed
Are you able to add more than 12 progress programs as I have reached it and can you add expert level exercises thanks
