Do NOT get this app
Signed up, did not receive a workout plan. Contacted BM repeatedly via app and email. Only BS automated response stating someone will be in contact. No actual communication received. Issue not resolved. Pathetic.
App Purchase
Whilst setting up the app, it does not allow me to choose a different payment package, only giving me the $19.99 per month option
Not so sure
Guys, you app is great, however it randomly asks me “get started “ and to my goals as though I am not a subscriber. I had to click restore purchases, however all my exercise progress got lost
Unsure of how to use
Bought the app - out of free will; but not sure how to navigate to actually use… it gives you numerous options on workout plans; which is great but, what do I choose when, should I start at the first screen or should I choose the one best suited for me… and stick to that one and move through that section of workouts until the ‘12’ is completed? After that is done what then? Will the app then provide me with more exercises in that section? Or should I then move to a more focused section? - I have no clue, I have search for some guidance on this (google/app/fb) to no avail… so for now cool app ‘works’ but unsure of the how-to.
Useless without paying
They let you setup a profile (might sell that data) but if you then dont pay……you can do nothing… And random ads…… as a notification…… without using the app…….. Kharma

Installed app thought it were a trial
Struggle to get refund on full year subscription without having a option to select a month or week. Without any assistance.
Cancellation
I downloaded the app and wanted to see what it was all about.I thought I could try out the app on a trial basis. But the app requested that I accept for payment which I could cancel after right before I started using the app. I did, and to my surprise I was charged a full year membership. I do not want it, and would like my money back. This is not what I signed up for.
Refund
Where do I reply for a refund? I've already cancelled subscription... Certain submit buttons don't work, pointless
