Last 3 times I ordered taxi in this app - the car didn’t come at all!

Actual time of arrival is usually 3-5 times more than app shows. Instead of picked location drivers often wait somewhere 3 blocks away. A Driver can easily pick up on board another person so I have to call another car. No feedback in the app, drivers don't care about the quality of the service. Before the car arrives 2 or 3 drivers can change which means unpredictable waiting time.

Reliable taxi app, I use it everytime I'm in Sofia. It supports in-app payments. I only miss the option to see the live location of the driver.

The application is terrible, constantly crashing. The service offered has also become ridiculous, I would highly recommend looking for other taxi options, as the drivers here are insufferable and constantly trying to trick the customers to pay more(with very few exceptions)
