Drivers are always choosing the route to collect all traffic jams in order to increase the price of the deal (price depends both on the time and the length of the route). Therefore price is 1.5 times higher comparing to other taxi services.

Last 3 times I ordered taxi in this app - the car didn’t come at all!

Actual time of arrival is usually 3-5 times more than app shows. Instead of picked location drivers often wait somewhere 3 blocks away. A Driver can easily pick up on board another person so I have to call another car. No feedback in the app, drivers don't care about the quality of the service. Before the car arrives 2 or 3 drivers can change which means unpredictable waiting time.

Since iOS 16.5 the app just crashes when I open it. It is impossible to order a taxi through there and there is still no update. Bad map & app interface. Please update it as Yellow! is one of the best taxi companies in Sofia.

Worst taxi app ever, literally never finds a taxi and when it does the driver is really impolite and drives like crazy

Bad interface, taxi service always unavailable and not everything translated in English. Used to be better…

Most of the problems had been fixed. And it's working fine .

For god’s sake, put English as an option.

Every time I order a taxi the gps shows different things, it changes the taxi driver and today I called the driver to see where is he and he told me that he is not my driver...... FIX THE APPLICATION
