Last 3 times I ordered taxi in this app - the car didn’t come at all!

Actual time of arrival is usually 3-5 times more than app shows. Instead of picked location drivers often wait somewhere 3 blocks away. A Driver can easily pick up on board another person so I have to call another car. No feedback in the app, drivers don't care about the quality of the service. Before the car arrives 2 or 3 drivers can change which means unpredictable waiting time.

What's the point of taking a taxi in Burgas if the driver can easily cancel your order? We waited for a taxi for about 20 minutes and no one came. Thanks for the mockery

Здесь самый плохой сервис! У меня кот в боксе, водитель по хамски сказал, что даже в багажник его не поставит и уехал. В приложении нет функции указать что я буду ехать с котом. Когда позвонили оставить жалобу, сказали, что жалобу не принимают, потому что у них в Болгарии водители такси как хотят так и ездят, кого хотят, того и принимают.

I was on the other side of town from the hotel. It was pouring heavily. I remembered about the ad for the app. I downloaded it. Checked in. Three minutes later I was on my way to the hotel. The prices are very reasonable.
