Drivers are always choosing the route to collect all traffic jams in order to increase the price of the deal (price depends both on the time and the length of the route). Therefore price is 1.5 times higher comparing to other taxi services.

Last 3 times I ordered taxi in this app - the car didn’t come at all!

Actual time of arrival is usually 3-5 times more than app shows. Instead of picked location drivers often wait somewhere 3 blocks away. A Driver can easily pick up on board another person so I have to call another car. No feedback in the app, drivers don't care about the quality of the service. Before the car arrives 2 or 3 drivers can change which means unpredictable waiting time.

SMS code not arriving to German phone number. Friend has the same problem.

Мего отвратительное предожение, машины не отслеживаются, адреса путаются, такси постоянно приезжают не на тот адрес, разработчики нечего не исправляют, лучше TaxiMe себе ставье
