Last 3 times I ordered taxi in this app - the car didn’t come at all!

Actual time of arrival is usually 3-5 times more than app shows. Instead of picked location drivers often wait somewhere 3 blocks away. A Driver can easily pick up on board another person so I have to call another car. No feedback in the app, drivers don't care about the quality of the service. Before the car arrives 2 or 3 drivers can change which means unpredictable waiting time.

Je ne peux que recommander cette application , nous devions partir très tôt pour l’aéroport (3h du matin) et nous avons réservé la veille un taxi, le chauffeur arrive 5min à l’avance, n’a pas fait de détour et dispose d’un lecteur carte pour payer à la fin du trajet.

Le chauffeur était prudent et gentil. Le trajet s’est très bien passé

Le tarif est clair, le prix est connu à l’avance, c’est comme Uber il n’y a pas d’arnaque
