I just bought this app. I’ve never done Pilates so was wanting some simple app to show me how to do it. This app is simple, and if you know Pilates already it likely is good, but for a beginner it’s just pictures. No videos. And not all poses are stagnant. You do need to move your body and so this app doesn’t show you how to do it. I’m not too pleased with my purchase. It describes what to do.. (move legs in a circle). But I feel like they isn’t enough. Lots of ways to move my legs in a circle and I may hurt myself and not do it right. I would give it a 5 star if each picture was instead a short clip. Even an animated clip would do.
