App werkt matig
Met enige regelmaat is het niet mogelijk om mails via de app te beantwoorden. De website is niet mobiel vriendelijk dus dat is dan ook geen optie. Ik vraag me af waar het aan ligt want we betalen er wel voor. Momenteel is er alleen de optie notities/ doorsturen.
Intergration?
Via desktop we can intergrate messages with our company instead of merging it, this feature isn’t available for the app?
Can’t filter agent

Apparently you can create filters on desktop and see them in the app. Remember that somehow, there is some translation going on, so if you save it in Dutch, it might appear as filter in English.

We use Freshdesk for our support desk. This app is disappointing. Can’t filter on agents in here. We get loads of tickets, but there is no way to just filter the ones on my name. Seriously, why??

Erg blij mee. In een oogopslag zien wat er openstaat en nog behandeld moet worden.
Still some attachment faults
If you make a new email and want to add a attachments like a picture from your iOS camera roll you get a strange question in a language I can not read and worse of all it makes from a picture a complete different file type.

This app is broke
After the big overhaul they basically broke tha app and made it counter intuitive. Nice job!
Not the same experience as the web application
The app does not work intuitive. For example it is very annoying that in the app the message are shown in reverse from the web application. Also need to kill the app quite often to be able to clear notifications. Hope you keep improving it.
Call from the app
Het zou helemaal geweldig zijn voor alle mobile gebruikers dat je het tel nummer kan aantikken bij de ticketgegevens en dat dan je mobile telefoon het nummer kiest!
Eigenlijk vreemd dat dat nu niet gebeurt !
Not great
Unfornutately the new app is not great (yet). It doest handle tickets with lengthly conversations properly and updating tickets results in crashes. Please improve ASAP!
