5/3/1 just work so good

Really good app, pretty simple with everything you need nothing you don’t. The price for adding more functionality is pretty reasonable. Highly recommended.

Paid features not functional

fabillke on

Canada

Paid $9 for the log feature but it only logs the one rep max at the top which shouldn’t change over the course of a progression, does not log the sets, basically useless. App is basically only good for calculating the progression based off 1RM, no good way to track, you will just have to keep track of what step you are on in your head.

been using this for years. simple intuitive interface & the ‘pay for additional features’ model is extremely fair & well thought out!

Simply a perfect 5/3/1 split app. Not much more to say. Easy to use and all the basic functionality comes with the free version, with the option to download helpful features for a small fee.

5/3/1 Tracking App

Simple and easy to use. I would like something simple but a little more diverse than my training notebook, and doesn’t require me to navigate an excel spreadsheet on my phone.

Simple, user friendly, and free

The free version is very easy to use and allows me to view all the right numbers for the 4 weeks by entering only once per cycle my 1RM of each of the 4 lifts. It’s basic and casual for what I need : not having to bring any papers at the box for my training.
