This is my favorite strength training app and the program I’ve most been able to stick with.

Great powerlifting app
Plate calculator needs improvement
I love this app. But I wish the plate calculator included change plates or an option for custom plates. I’d like to include my 1lbs and .5lbs in my plate choice.

Simple app. Always works.

In a day and age of subscription based fitness apps, it’s refreshing to see a simple to use, one-time payment app. Interface is clean. App never crashes. Makes my 531 routines so quick and easy. I use in conjunction with a full blown fitness logger and it’s perfect. I wish all fitness apps were made like this. Please don’t ever change the app, just keep it compatible with future iOS versions. It’s perfect just the way it is.

Best 5/3/1 App
Easily the best 531 app. Buy the in app purchases, they’re worth it. I guess the only thing I would add would be a feature that auto adjusts maxes after the de-load week, but that’s being picky. Good work 💪🏼
