Simple, well-designed
This is one of my favorite powerlifting apps and the best for 5/3/1. The feature set is just right and the design is elegant and functional, which is hard to say about most lifting apps. Highly recommend.
Good results
This is a very good template for how to get strong. There is the saying “size builds strength” but from this I’ve learned “strength builds size”. Going from a 245 bench to a 275 bench I now how big pectorals and after performing a 305 box squat my legs are thick. Thank you to the creator’s
Work Done For You
My life is hectic. This app makes the program simple and easy to adjust on the fly. I have a lot of variables in my overall program and find 5/3/1 a good structure for the Strength components of my training. The app makes implementation smooth and saves you if you are in a time crunch or forgot to adjust training maxes before you hit the gym.
