damaged products and missing items
recently ordered few items and a shoe . shoe came as if it was already used dirty and damaged . description says something and the product comes half of it .. very much disappointed.

Horrible exchange policy
Very bad experience with your exchange policy which states that you’re not entitled to exchange the item if it’s out of stock… Moreover customer service was so bad in dealing with such case

Pathetic application… it’s stuck on payment interface… No action taken despite complaining multiple times…

Duplicate order
I love this app very much but I just don’t like that they always tell us payment aborted in the app and send us message unsuccessful payments but they actually delivered our packages. The problem is when you sent this message, we reorder again but all packages came altogether with the one with unsuccessful orders. And it’s soannoying bcs we have to return them back, waiting for delivery guy again and some items like skincare can be returned.
unprofessional team
Unfortunately my order was cancelled. Despite the cancellation, I still have not received my money back even though it has been more than 2 weeks. and they are not responding either via WhatsApp or email. This is unprofessional
Applied hidden charges
I oredered 2 shoes, one of them was charged with international shipping fee while it was never mentioned beforehand. Furthermore after returning the shoe due to wrong size shipped, I was not refunded the shipping fee. Stay away from this platform.
