Check-in: worst App I have seen so far
Unable to check-in as App always jumps back to the landing-page and if you are patient you can get as far as the information of goods not allowed on the plane and then you need to reinsert the booking details to land on the page to manage you booking - but no check-in
Very basic , nothing special
Pretty much low profile app. Useful for check in and that's it.
Just for kiwis
App is not bad in general, but it's pretty much useless for people who are not kiwis and traveling to nz (or to the pacific islands for example) cause you can't check in online. Always tells you they need to see an onward ticket and you have to do it at the airport. For me this is a no go for an airline app.

Ausgezeichnete App ! Man sollte aber noch eine Funktion zum Aufrufen und Speichern einer Bordkarte hinzufügen (Passbook). Edit: Nach dem letzten Update funktioniert alles bestens!

Annoying message about ordering coffee
This app is generally pretty good. It’s efficient and effective except for one major defect. It constantly bugs you about ordering coffee. I don’t need notifications about ordering coffee. I know that I can order coffee. I want to know if the plane is late or not going but I do not need to be constantly bugged about ordering coffee so please in New Zealand take that functionality off the app.
Latest updates are Terrible
Extremely slow now due to it trying to authenticate. Terribly slow. It’s gone from a good app to a terrible one. Needs to use Face ID when loading the app instead.
