Extra baggage
I tried to buy the extra baggage several times but the app always crashed. I had to buy it at the airport paying much more
Beware: Horrible app
Impossible to chat with a real person. There is a stupid AI assistant (Bo), which is useless and strictly and mercilessly follows its own script. Bo comes first, customers have no place in it.
Disaster
It’s simply impossible to communicate with a human on this app

Crashes all the time. I just want to manage my booking to add a bagagge but in the end i had to do it via the browser. Please make it more stable!

Very easy to use, detailed and well done app

Awful and very messy app
No costumer service
No costumer service. The app booked the flight that I didn’t choose, but another time one and now asks to be charge for change it when they have same price. CG is tuner support is disaster. Never again. This Bo chat is the only way to ask for support and it’s like not having support at all. A complaint case is open and no one is getting back.

Hello Your app is fine but it has a problem. Is not able to recognize the currencies of debit cards EG I have 500 euro on my card = 2500 RMI If I buy a ticket of 2000 RMI = 400€ Your app says that I don’t have money, because it consider 500 RMI and not EURO
