I have used this app for 2 years, and I love it! You can choose so many different styles and also levels of difficulty. Have found a few favorite teachers and routines, but keep changing and trying new stuff, as more gets offered.
Still it would be nice to be able to search for practices for special body parts. Also the interface of putting together a playlist is not very user friendly. I’d rather have a system like YouTube where I can choose, and put all my favourite clips in. I want all my favourite yoga app with a lot of diversity, and also the possibility to sports and barree.
Very helpful to feel the breath consciously.
Selten eine so schlecht programmierte/aufgebaute Plattform erlebt. 14-tägiges Probeabo wird beworben, dann aber nicht ermöglicht. Man gelangt jedes mal direkt zur Auswahl des zahlungspflichtigen Abos, das ab aktuellem Datum abgebucht wird. Kontolöschung nicht möglich. Vielleicht gelangte ich in eine falsche Abfolge von Registrierung, Survey/Personalisierung und Abo, aber selbst dies sollte von einer guten App rechtzeitig verhindert werden.
Seit ich die Alo moves App habe fühle ich mich mit meinen 57 Jahren so fit wie seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr. Die Trainer sind professionell und gehören zu den besten. Die Workouts sind durchdacht und in der Natur oder in stylischer Umgebung gefilmt. Die Workouts lassen sich nach Art, Dauer und Schwierigkeit filtern. Ich von begeistert.
When I try to login on my iPad, the App closes immediately :/
I did and trial and did many of the classes. It has a LOT of meditative content and a lot for people who are young and already fit, but not a lot for people who are in between. I am 50 and relatively fit, but the instructors move way too fast for me to actually enjoy the work out. In the more beginner classes, they actually come off as bored or condescending. It’s clear the target of this app is young and fit. They also offered no modifications in the practices. This app does not ‘get’ what older people or beginners need.
Great design! Been practicing in the comfort of my own home with the worlds best teachers thanks to alo moves!
The app is great, the teachers are marvelous, the content is on point, but the new update of the video player is not suitable for the phone screen. Looks good on laptop, but is very annoying on the iPhone and makes previewing tutorials complicated.
Great content but devastating with all the hick ups the app has. Saved playlists are not shown on some devices.... such a bummer. Then their are several more hick ups in the app version itself, when you done a class it doesn’t show that you completed it also sometimes you are not able to watch some of the content ... so much potential but so painful that the app development is missing out big time...
