Me encantan los contenidos y los profesores. Inspirador y divertido.
The classes are amazing, but the app is super bad.
The content is absolutely fantastic but the app itself is lagging, sometimes it stops in the middle of the workout or the phone suddenly disconnects from the TV. Very weird, and I have the iPhone 14, that works perfectly in case you think the phone is the problem.
Great Yoga app
I have been using this app since 2020 and it has really been a game changing for my yoga skills and my general fitness. Thanks for keeping me in good shape!
New version… has lots of issues
Now all series and classes saved in my practice are gone!!! What are you doing???
I have a problem with The App
I can’t save my classes and series in my profile. I select "my practice," and I can only see my profile with my personal information but not my classes.
My best app
One app that brings me peace, joy and health.
Replaced my gym routine
Prior to alo moves app I was going to the gym multiple times per week but now I’m simply doing the strength series from Dylan Warner. Seeing better results after 6 months than I thought possible. Great app and workouts!
Videos are great but the app…
It’s obvious that EVERYTHING that involves Alo is overpriced. A LOT. But the exercises, the teachers are so worth it! The app though… 200€/year for an app that doesn’t always work, gives you no statistics about you, your workouts… The search option doesn’t even let me choose to filter by level on my ipad! I don’t understand how the app is so bad when we pay so much! There are other free apps like fiton that gives you much more knowledge about your workouts. Idk, if it wasn’t for the teachers they have in alo I would never pay for this.
18mo in and still loving it
Great app regardless what your level and style is. I’ve never done yoga in my life before. But started 18mo on and I’ve progressed so much… just for starters, I’ve never been able to tough my toes, now I’m 48 and I can almost place my palms on the floor. Still long way to go but, but I can see it working. It has loads of different instructors, levels and difficulties. So you have what you need. The only improvements I’d suggest would be a better interface to track progress, the list of classes I’ve done, and creating my own plan. Because once you’ve done once each class you cannot undone the “COMPLETED” Tag.
