Really!?
I wanted to try this i just signed up today for 2 weeks of free trial then i get charged $99 what happened to the free trial and i wouldn’t get charged till after January 15 ?? What a scam!! I don’t even know if i am comfortable to keep this app i hate this
Don’t pay with Apple Pay
I’m excited to start Alo move! I just purchased this app, and used Apple Pay to purchase a one year subscription. Apple Pay charged my credit card $99. When I logged into the app, there was no record that a purchase has been made. I had to call Alo twice. The first rep, Sebastian was not helpful. He mentions glitch between Apple Pay and Alo. He told me to cancel with Apple Pay, and repurchase. I called again and Tina was the customer rep who was helpful. Don’t use apply pay to buy anything. Go to the website to purchase the subscription. Now, I have to dispute the charges with apply pay. If they don’t refund me, I’ll try with my credit card.
Horrible app do not download
I was so exited to start my yoga journey and i downloaded this app because I heard it was completely free and I tried to start a workout but it didn’t let me do it for free it kept saying I have to unlock it for this crazy price really upset!do not download for ur own good!
Apple TV app needs upgrade
I’ve been a customer several years. Enjoy the functionality on my phone and my iPad, but the Apple TV version needs a major update.
14 day free trial???
Signed up for the free trial, watched one video explaining the series I was going to try and went to play the second video to start and it wanted me to pay to unlock. What happened to the 14 day free trial. Went in and cancelled the subscription so not charged once times up. Can’t actually try it so def not paying that much for an app that I already don’t trust. Next!
Exceptional platform for overall wellness
This platform is the only gym membership I need. I love the series layout, the ability to search by practice or by instructor or by intensity, I use the meditations and the educational courses as well. Excellent content to support overall wellness
Won’t Honor Advertised Pricing
Absolutely awful customer service. Been using this app for 2 years now and it has great content and fairly easy user interface, but the company advertised Black Friday promotional prices that couldn’t be redeemed. After reaching out to customer service they waited to respond until after the promotion ended and said sorry it’s too late. I will not be paying $200 when you advertised $80 to me. Not worth $200 a year.
Getting myself together postpartum!
This app is great! I love the variety! It has work outs for places that I didn’t even know could be worked out!
The only app with streaming issues
Will not stream, even with the latest update. I have a brand new Samsung Smart TV at home and everything streams flawlessly from my phone to my TV EXCEPT THIS APP. Fix it already! I canceled my subscription over it, ridiculous trying to stream constantly only on my phone.
