Treasure Island App
I have been using Alo for over 4 years taking only 11 months off, when I came back this time I found even more videos and in diverse topics. This app has helped lower cortisol levels at night with their meditations, breath workouts and wellness videos. But it also has thousands of diverse workouts that get you hyped. Add it to you phone or tablet and download videos so that wherever you go you’ll do whatever you want, their over all coaches, doctors and teachers say how great this app was planned out, they are all so proud to do what they do, needless to say are incredibly talented. It’s a definite YES for me and 5 stars for sure.
Good, but as an app needs some work
The classes are GREAT, but as an app it needs to be more friendly and integrated with Apple and Apple Health or Fitbit
Music could be better
Great classes but music plays very low on the background
