Purchased app, it’s not working so I wrote to there customer support many time. I’ve received no response. This app is expensive and for no support is super frustrating. I would love to use it specially how expensive it was to buy it.

I used to like the classes but I just purchased an annual subscription and it won’t work on my Apple TV. Keeps saying login. Works fine on my phone.
The number of the exercises does not match the price (even the 40% off first year). Other well known brands are offering a similar app (maybe less number of videos) for free, so it’s not worth paying for this. Also many exercises start without warming up. Why wouldn’t they just add a quick warmup to complete the session?!
I’m subscribed but I have to hit unlock and subscribe. A notification appears saying I’m already subscribed once I close it I can hit play. Video freezes and doesn’t save to my library. I love the idea of total run time but it doesn’t calculate the few classes I’ve taken :(
The workouts are super great, but the app is terrible. It doesn’t allow you to screen mirror or send to Apple TV. It cuts out. I have the free trial and everytime I click a new workout I have to resubscribe only for it to say I’m already subscribed and then it’ll work. I wish the app was better then I would consider getting it for good.
I’ve enjoyed doing the workouts but I have to resubscribe every time and half the time it doesn’t even work. You pay for an app that doesn’t work
I’ve been trying for 2 months to cancel my membership and I can’t My app says that I cancelled but I’m still getting charged When you enter to the “manage my membership” page it never loads. It’s seems like a legit scam, please be careful
I love alo moves!! I love the classes!! This is 5 star except the AppleTV app doesn’t have filter options and recently all the open classes are missing!! I deleted and added back - same issue!! Please make AppleTV app the same as on my iPhone and iPad!
