If you are not Chinese, this app is completely useless. It can’t upload a single booking using a booking code, not to mention an online check-in. At the same it forces the user to make a vigorous identification but after all it is still just a waste of time.

If I want to book a trip, I get a message: “Oops, our system is not available right now. Please try again later!” It since 2 weeks.

I like this app, it has been and still continuously updated. If you give feedback, then the Air China app team quickly replies. Some parts are only in Chinese - that's true -, so it means you either have to wait for the next releases when it will be fixed, or get a Chinese-language girlfriend/boyfriend who can translate them for you :-) My favorite functions are the flight comfort level diagram and also that you can check the previous flight's status you are about to take, so you see where the plane is which will operate your flight ! The flight map part doesn't show the map recently:(

系统是不是有病？连个验证码都做不好。一个验证码差不多要20秒才发过来，连发6个验证码都说失效？！？！不会搞APP就换一个技术团队，不会管理技术就换一个管理者，学学佛罗里达

This app is really difficult to use with many bugs.
