What an horrible app
I can’t check the flights I booked from Trip.com, I can’t change my basic information, the app is really hard to use and not user fiendly at all! What a disaster1

Really annoying
Online Service and Web page
Requires improvement once it is difficult to access to web page and request remind password, validate ticket and correct your name is difficult. Online service for Phoenix Miles only in Chinese.

一直显示登录不上 垃圾软件！ 账号密码总说有问题
验证码
系统是不是有病？连个验证码都做不好。一个验证码差不多要20秒才发过来，连发6个验证码都说失效？！？！不会搞APP就换一个技术团队，不会管理技术就换一个管理者，学学佛罗里达
Terrible app
This app is really difficult to use with many bugs.
行程功能不好用
按要求都做了认证但还是不能用
APP设计毫无易用性
产品设计垃圾，非常不易用；系统卡顿，分分钟消耗掉乘客耐心，建议研究下同行咋做的
