Possibly the worst app I have ever seen. It simply doesn’t work.

Couldn’t creat an account
To check in an international flight need a mobile number in China?
Difficult to handle
One of the most complicated apps I've come across. trying to enter my reservation but it is not found. Entering your ID does not work. Will not travel with Air China again.
Very bad dirty company
When you travel whit air china you feel like you were staying in natzi Germany . App is so bad constructed plus no information about pcr test before flying. Staff on airplane was nice but i got the feeling that they were scared. China government had staff that was looking and listening every where you was even on the airplane not a good thing. Now i now what everyone told me about travel whit air china myself
Useless unless you made the reservation directly with CA?
I have tried for hours to make seat selection and order a special meal for my Air China flight but the app (or website) will not recognize my reservation since it was done on a external booking site. I use plenty of other airline apps and this simple service is never a problem, I only have to input my family name and booking number or e-ticket number. Is this for real in 2019?
Can’t register an account without a chineese mobilnummer
Sad that I couldn’t register an account coz I don’t have a Chinese mobile that can receive a required code... hope it changes!
Food and drinks
Food and drinks not the best. Cost of upgrade also very expensive compared to SAS.
Discriminating
Tried to register myself to use this app in order to simplify my life here in China. This is unfortunately not possible, as I can not wright my name in Chinese. Very discriminating! Martin

折腾了三天，最后还是无法登陆使用积分
Impossible to register as over seas user
You can mark as overseas user but still need your name in Chinese. Not useful for pure English. To bad.
