团体票座位分得很散，都不可以一组一起，网页很卡，飞机服务人员态度有待加强，如果是同一个预定号，请让客人座位可以一起，预定表也没标明含餐还是不含餐，

Been trying many times to sign up for ticket booking, forever won’t receive OTP via Malaysia mobile. Promotion is very attractive but no way to purchase… so disappointed

We have to validate our tickets and select special meals before our flights, but the website and app require us to verify our phone number. But then, the verification code is nowhere to be seen in my messages. Called support multiple times aka wasted a lot of time, but they kept failing at solving the issue.

What is that? I cant even find a tickets and this thing keep on asking for sliding the verification bar

This app is a must have if you're flying in and out China. Early notification on flights and check in are fast and seamless. You can even choose your seats online. The fact that it's in English is the most convenient thing. Well done!!
