第一次使用雖然認證上面需要一點時間。第一次使用沒辦法預辦登機要等第一次飛過

一直闪退
点进去就闪退
很麻煩的系統
訂票後，支付方式明明可以選擇Apple Pay，但又沒有辦法自動搜尋到Apple Pay裡面的內容。需要很多的身分識別，連搜尋機票也一直出現訊號環境不佳。😱第一次訂票的紀錄完全不見。
这软件不怎么好用
找一个人工客服，前面有100人在排队？这也太夸张了吧！
不容易登入
台灣不容易登入，一會兒忙，接著是60秒的驗證取碼限制，簡直就是打死結。
