Not very usable as non-Chinese
As one seemingly only manage flights booked on the .cn version of the app/website, nearly all check-in/seat selection:rebook/update/... features are not available or don’t work. And at the same time the app keeps generating marketing notifications in Chinese. I’ll keep the app on the phone as a ticket wallet, but sadly the other features are not useable for me.
AirChina is not reliable nor the app !
AirChina always delay even without giving reason！the app itself isn't reliable at all! Always give wrong information about gate! Sometimes even said plane boarding is closed and gone. But I am still waiting in 1st class lounge seeing all travelers frustrated waiting for boarding time!!! Don't take AirChina, it will kill your businesses!

一直显示登录不上 垃圾软件！ 账号密码总说有问题

系统是不是有病？连个验证码都做不好。一个验证码差不多要20秒才发过来，连发6个验证码都说失效？！？！不会搞APP就换一个技术团队，不会管理技术就换一个管理者，学学佛罗里达

This app is really difficult to use with many bugs.
行程功能不好用
按要求都做了认证但还是不能用
APP设计毫无易用性
产品设计垃圾，非常不易用；系统卡顿，分分钟消耗掉乘客耐心，建议研究下同行咋做的
